Pay
Sales pay will range from $50 a sale to $125 a sale with the $100 mark being most common. Installers will be paid on a scale of $80/$20
Qualifications
All persons should have General Liability Insurance as well as Workman Comp. Sales Persons should have knowledge of DTV Promotions and services. Installers should have experience to be able to go to work doing a professional install.
Other Requirements
Installers need to have all the needed tools (ladders, meters, specialty tools) to do a complete professional install, a laptop or tablet. Sales persons should have a laptop or tablet that can be used for order entry.

The sales persons we are seeking are people that can go door to door or blanket a neighborhood selling DirecTV services. The pay for sales will be based on risk level of the customer and equipment, $50.00 is the very minimum and the top end is $125.00 with a $100.00 commission being a real world average.
The installers we are looking for, are people that have experience in the DirecTV installation industry with all required tools and insurance. the pay for installers is as follows: $80.00 for the initial room and $20.00 each additional room.
