ASAP... This work has been ongoing since 2013 and will continue into the foreseeable future. We are looking for installation, service, & sales professionals with whom to build a long-term relationship.

Pay

Pay rates are determined piece-rate & your level of certification. Commissions are based on production. We provide self-paced learning modules to help you increase your knowledge base and income. Additional bonuses and overrides are available.

Qualifications

IT/POS experience highly preferred. COMP-TIA preferred but not required. Experience working as an independent 1099 cable or satellite technician, at the very least. No experience is required for the sales positions, as training is provided.

Other Requirements

Lineman's hand-tools, required to pull, terminate, and test Cat-5,6,7 structured cabling. Reliable transportation {panel truck, truck, van, SUV, or car} preferably late-model and white in color. Khaki pants, polo shirt{mono colored & logo free)

Job Description

We drive sales, perform technical installation & service to national clients in the hospitality sector, maintaining their continuity of business as it relates to their IT infrastructure. Everything from the NID to the MDF- to peripheral devices. We service and install structured cabling, network switches, routers, POS & fuel-regulation units etc...

Once recruited and screened, the successful tech/sales candidate will be provided training, focused towards completion & certification. Only when the technician has completed the training, will he be dispatched to a specific service event. In short, the technician will not be sent to a service event for which he/she has not been trained to complete successfully. The more you learn, the more you earn! Similarly, we thoroughly train our sales staff for success.

Installations are pre-scheduled, but service events are dispatched on an as needed basis. Some service events have a 4 hour SLA. This means we are to be on-site, addressing the issue- within four hours of it being reported. Once the service event has been completed, the tech is responsible for collecting deliverables to be submitted for payment. Such deliverables include manager's signature, serial numbers, FedEx tracking numbers and shipment receipt. Payment is weekly, with first remittance occurring within 14 days.

Sales leads are provided and top performers are assigned a PA/ appointments. The average commission ranges from $300 to $700 per unit. Additional sales bonuses are awarded, based upon monthly production.

The ability to drive sales and perform installations/ service is held in high regard & will be given priority consideration.
