Qualifications
Looking for experienced Admin Office Manager. Previous experience in busy office environment. Handling payroll, billing, and database entry. Maintain employee records. Production records, incoming, in process and outgoing work spreadsheets. Must be an organized person. Experience in telecommunications and or utility industry is a plus, but not required.
Other Requirements
Must be able to pass background check and drug screen.
Experience in MS Office programs such as Excel and Word.
Job Description
Responsible for assisting Project Manager and supervisors in maintaining accurate company records as related to daily functions and customer interface.
