This position requires that the candidate pass an extensive background investigation, drug screening, possess a valid California driver’s license, and carry auto insurance liability limits of $100K/$300K/$100K or 400K combined single limit. A High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. 3-5 years direct experience working as a Supervisor or Manager within the Telecommunications Construction industry, preferably in the San Diego area.

Must have in depth knowledge of boring, rocksaw, trenching, and all other aspects of CATV, broadband, and/or telecommunications work, aerial and underground • Familiar with California construction regulations, including but not limited to California Public Utilities Commission GO-95 and GO-128 requirements • Excellent organizational skills • Excellent interpersonal relations skills • Excellent communication skills • Basic computer skills. Leadership and Time Management skills • Analytic skills.

The Construction Services Liaison’s primary responsibility is the development of client relations to maximize the work opportunities for our construction group. Must interface with local construction supervisors and inspectors, as well as subcontractors on a daily basis. Responsible for managing a small team comprised of administrative and warehouse personnel. In addition, this position is responsible for managing project administration, including payroll, invoicing, and production reports. Must represent the company in a professional manner at all times.

You must have 3-5 years of management or supervisory experience in the telecommunications construction industry to be considered.
