2. Excellent English and grammar.
3. Pleasant telephone voice/manner.
4. Ability to operate simple office equipment sufficiently to perform the job.
5. Ability to compose correspondence.
EDUCATION:
High school education or equivalent.

Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:
Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints. Interacts with customer in person and by telephone..
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Acts as the primary point of contact between customers and the company.
2. Represents the company to customers and potential customers in person and via telephone.
3. Responds to customers' requests in person or via telephone, email or mail, using typewriter or personal computer when necessary.
4. Works closely with new customers in explaining company services, selling company services and setting up installation appointments
5. Receives customers' requests by telephone or mail, analyzes requests, provides information requested or ascertains who can best provide the information, and routes the request to the proper person.
6. Searches company records under ZIP code, name, account number, etc., using CRT, computer printout.
7. Writes up orders and similar data to customer, as required.
8. Contacts customers to confirm and follow up on orders.
9. Resolves customer questions related to orders and existing service
10. Maintains liaison with other departments for order completion.
11. Has knowledge of product line, prices, installation and service times, various marketing promotional services, and similar data, as required.
12. Helps in hosting communities and associations in small gatherings
13. Assists the CEO, Office Manager, Technician with projects as they arise
14. Performs other allied duties as assigned by supervisor.
15. Makes outbound calls and gathers data on prospective neighborhoods
16. Schedules and maintains Technicians schedule and contacts technician with all immediate changes.
17. Troubleshoots for customer when appropriate
