Qualifications
5 or more years experience in CATV Aerial and UG Construction as well as MDU Construction and Installations.
• 3 or more years management and supervisory experience.
• Experience maintaining internal policies and procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to compose effective and efficient reports and correspondence.
• Self starter with strong organizational skills and a problem solver.
• Working knowlege of Mirosoft Excel and Word etc.
Other Requirements
Vehicle, and all tools supplied by the company, will report to Company Vice President.
Job Description
• Maintain excellent relationships with Customers, Individuals and Employees, through constant interaction and availability.
• Maintain an open door policy to encourage good communication.
• Encourage growth within the company through evaluation and feedback in a timely manner. Assist in providing direction to individuals and teams for increased performance.
• Ensure all systems and employees are reporting required data for evaluation and communication to local and corporate offices. Standardize reporting structure for all systems.
• Manage all P & L responsibilities within the area of authority (1-M in revenue annually).
• Evaluate and anticipate trends in labor and workload to ensure the needs of our customers are maintained. Assist in recruiting, and hiring of personnel.
• Ensure each system is completing all invoicing to include: completed daily and weekly dailies and reporting for all work performed.
• Ensure administrative staff is verifying codes on all daily worksheets and entering codes for data provided to accounting and payroll.
• Track completion of QC reports.
• With the assistance of the VP constantly evaluate current processes for improved efficiency and user friendliness.
