Qualifications
Management candidate must have verifiable management experience and be familiar with managing, recruiting and training techs. Individual techs must have all the tools of the trade and be able to perform well. We will cover the cost of certifications based on your production if you are missing any.
Other Requirements
Manager will be paid a percentage of gross revenue based on performance. techs will be paid weekly.
