Qualifications
Job Requirements:
*Must be able to use general hand tools
*Must be able to walk up and down three flights of stairs
*Must be able to work in all weather conditions
*Must be able to communicate with external and internal customers
*Must have reliable transportation
*Must be a fast learner
*Clean background required
*Must be able to pass a drug test
*Valid Driver's License
*Basic computer skills
*High school diploma preferred
*Prior cable phone and internet installation technician experience need
Other Requirements
*Flexible work schedule
*Must have working knowledge of cable distributions, cable plant balancing, satellite dishes and some head end knowledge.
*Cable construction preferred but not necessary.
*Some traveling may be required.

Job Description
*This position is for a lead tech /head end tech / manager.
This person will be responsible for maintaining head ends, cable plants, fiber troubleshooting, customer service, installation of services, up sales to customers and audits. Must be able to work alone and with others. Troubleshooting from the head end to the receivers and customers equipment.
