Pay
Pay Rates are based on piece work per crew. Additional compensation for Foreman. Paid holidays after 90 days. Vacation paid after 1 year. Please call or email us for rates.
Qualifications
Must have a clean background (no felonies) and pass drug test. Foreman must have at least 3 years experience with coaxial and fiber installation. Work consist of maintenance, new construction, plant relocation, fiber optics, etc.. Long term employment with no travel. Must have neat appearance. Must adhere to all safety and quality policies/procedures. CDL a plus. Must be responsible and reliable.
Other Requirements
Must provide own transportation to and from work only.

Aerial Foreman: Must have knowledge/comprehend design prints (specifically coaxial/fiber), capable of responsible field decisions, knowledge of the NESC and NEC compliance codes within the scope of aerial and underground construction. Climbing is not an everyday necessity but is required when applicable. Must provide own hand tools including climbing gear. 24/7 emergency standby is required. Must be capable of operating bucket truck. Foremen are responsible for crew safety compliance, quality workmanship, completing crew production daily's, timesheets, completing projects timely. Saturday work will be required on occasion.
Lineman: Must have at minimum, limited knowledge of understanding design prints. Have knowledge of NESC and NEC specifications pertaining to aerial construction safety. Must comply with all safety and quality policies. Must be capable climbing, willing to follow directions. Must provide own hand tools including climbing gear. 24/7 emergency standby is required.
