Qualifications
*Aerial lineman need to have one year experience placing fiber, coax, and phone cable, including pole make ready, pole transfers to NEC code. *Fiber Splicers must have at least one year experience prepping enclosures splicing live fiber and time limited cut overs, testing and trouble shooting fiber. *Directional drill operators must be experienced drilling with ditch witch and or vermeer drills, experience locating and potholing utilities. Excavator Operators needed one year experience.
Other Requirements
Must be drug free, have your own transportation to and from work. Must be self motivated and reliable and on time.
Job Description
Aerial Lineman - Placing strand, fiber, coax, pole transfers, tree trimming, risers.
Directional Drill Operators and Locators: Placing phone conduit, catv conduit, FTTH builds, vaults, peds.
Excavator Operator: Trench within close proximatity to existing utilities install conduit, set vaults, push and blow fiber optic, catv, and phone cable.
Fiber Optic Splicer: Prep and splice new fiber, existing fiber, re enter splice cases for audits, perform night cut overs on existing plant with tight time restraints.
