Qualifications
• 5+ years of cable mapping experience a must.
• Knowledge of cable systems and construction of cable systems.
• Ability to read maps.
• Strong analytical, observation and communication skills.
• Ability to learn new software and technologies.
• Ability to deal with field issues and confrontation effectively and in a timely manner.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word & Outlook a must.
• Must be able to work outdoors.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
Other Requirements
Must be highly responsible and self motivated.
• Extensive travel required.
• Experience in cable television engineering or related work a plus.
• Detailed knowledge of fielding process and/or construction practices a plus.
• Good understanding of various types of business units involved in the cable industry a plus.
Job Description
Take lead role in all activity with regards to the field walkout operations including but not limited to obtaining all actual information as detailed in project guidelines, discussing projects with customers, researching information necessary to gather all data.
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Monitor and maintain schedule to meet customer specifications.
• Verify work performed to invoices turned is accurate and complete.
• Meet regularly with key personnel to ensure quality, timelines and guideline specification are followed, and that stated goals and objectives are met.
• Responsible for assisting in implementing corrective actions, as assigned, on any project in order to meet cost targets, quality, schedules, and customer satisfaction.

• This is a production-based position.
• Lodging and vehicle are provided for work.
• Hours vary outside of the typical Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. -- 5:00 p.m.
