Pay rate is hourly and based on experience. Will consider Full Time Employee (W2) if preferred.

Qualifications

Experience in both underground and aerial utility construction is a must. Computer skills in Microsoft Visio, Word, Excel, Access, and Power Point also required. Must be detail orientated and attentive to quality. Must be self motivated.

Other Requirements

If contracting, need to have reliable vehicle and measuring wheel.

Job Description

Project Coordinator Job Purpose: Completes construction projects by planning, organizing, and controlling projects; completing quality inspections; supervising sub-contractors and staff.


Project Coordinator Job Duties: Perform all aspects of the Coordination of Cable TV construction jobs. This will include performing field surveys with detailed field notes of both residential and commercial areas. Performing cost estimates and detailed scope of work for underground, aerial, and MDU type construction jobs. Creating detailed work order packages and issuing the work to sub-contractors for completion. Follow through with sub-contractors from beginning to completion of jobs with quality inspections once completed. Other duties include maintaining and updating company data bases and communication between company and customers. Must adhere to budget constraints. Perform ongoing communications with City and State regarding ongoing building and road or highway projects. Pay is hourly and will be based on experience.
