Description:
We are seeking an experienced, professional Home Automation technician to work with Control4 and other systems. In this role, your main responsibilities will be to handle home automation projects from the very early stage of conceptual design to final implementation with hands on experience in all aspects of the project.
Job Description
Technical Skills:
• Must have a minimum of 1-4 years of experience in designing implementing and testing complete Home Automation Systems.
• Must have at least basic knowledge of network set up and troubleshooting.
• Experience in A/V, A/C automation, sensors, CCTU, lighting controls and other automated systems. (Access control, security systems, alarms etc.)
• Generate complete proposals for the Home Automation System.
• Estimate cost and budgets for the systems.
• Good experience in the different brands and suppliers in the market.
• Good experience using Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Ability to use construction bidding tools to acquire projects.
Non-Technical Skills:
• Good understanding of the proposal preparation process.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must speak, read and write English fluently. Spanish a plus
