•Climbed towers in excess of 250 ft.
•Comtrain trained
•At least 3 years’ experience line and antenna work with 1 year experience running a crew
•Experience with Anritsu, Pim Tester and LTE
•Committed to quality
•Ability to travel every week with most weekends at home.
•Ability to lift 50 lbs
•Must be able to pass criminal background and drug testing
•Clear driving record

Job Description
SUMMARY:
Crew Lead serves as a working supervisor by coordinating the activities of workers assigned to his/her crew that is engaged in all phases of tower projects.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
•Coordinate the daily operations of tower crew. Delegate responsibilities to crew based on skill level.
•Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety policies and USTS quality standards.
•Plan and expedite project/daily work, making sure all needed materials are collected and/or ordered and equipment is in good working condition.
•Train new hires.
•Answers questions and resolves problems by investigating to determine cause and nature of problem and making appropriate corrections.
•Act as role model, working alongside crewmembers and demonstrate a positive work ethic.
•Develop and maintain a strong sense of teamwork among the crewmembers.
•Communicated effectively with all levels of employees, customers and vendors keeping all appropriate parties informed.
•Accurately and timely submit all paperwork (timesheets, per diem, close out packets, credit card receipts, etc.)
•Ability to travel on short notice and possibly for extended periods of time.
•Be flexible and willing to change daily routine to adjust to learning opportunities, weather, late delivery of materials and other unanticipated delays.
