• Must have five years’ cable experience & • Must have two years’ experience as a foreman. • Must comply with Company’s Code of Conduct. • Must maintain proper decorum in the field. • Must understand and adhere to Federal and State OSHA regulations as well as Company Safety Standards as written, briefed, and posted. • Must be able to lift 100 pounds. • Must be able to work outdoors and in elevated places. • Class A CDL license and medical certificate preferred or the ability to obtain one.

Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Communicate with supervisors and employees.
• Develop a system to safely and efficiently run crew.
• Climb poles with approved equipment and safety procedures.
• Plan daily activities.
• Complete required work reporting forms daily.
• Able to familiarize yourself with D.O.T. requirements.
• Able to operate and maintain all power and hand tools required for construction.
• Able to load and unload reel trailers.
• Responsible for clean and regular maintenance of Construction vehicles and equipment.
• Carry listing of emergency numbers.
• Perform other related duties as prescribed by their supervisor.
