Must be professional, prompt and have at least 5 years MDU construction experience. Must be able to pass background check and drug testing. Knowledge of coax splicing is a plus! MUST have proper GL insurance, commercial auto and work comp insurance or FL state work comp exempt to be considered for this project. Local crews preferred but all will be considered.

Must have all tools to complete any type of MDU project including but not limited to: Ladders, drills, cable and cat5 connection tools, EMT pipe benders, signal meter, late model CLEAN van or truck and valid drivers license.

We are in the process of re-wiring all hospitality buildings in the Central Florida area for the digital conversion. This is a fast paced work environment with strict deadlines already in place. Many different MDU wiring practices will used:

1. Pulling cables through existing conduits, ceilings, crawl spaces, attics, etc.

2. Installing U-guard molding for new cable routing

3. Coring concrete for new cable routing

4. Installing proper devices to meet signal needs (to support DTA installation)

5. Hand trenching in new drops

6. Changing taps, face plates, aerial or UG drops

Also need DTA installers and access gate technicians!
