Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or equivalent experience a must.
• 3 or more years experience in CATV Installations.
• 3 or more years management and supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of Profit & Loss, budgeting.
• Experience establishing internal policies and procedures.
Other Requirements
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to compose effective and efficient reports and correspondence.
• Self starter with strong organizational skills and a problem solver.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Flexible team player.
Job Description
Responsibilities include:
• Maintain excellent relationships with individuals and teams, through constant interaction and availability.
• Maintain an open door policy to encourage vertical communication.
• Encourage growth within Prince Telecom through thorough evaluation and feedback in a timely manner. Assist in providing direction to individuals and teams for increased performance.
• Ensure all systems are reporting required data for evaluation and communication to district and corporate offices. Standardize reporting structure for all systems.
• Manage all P & L responsibilities within the area of authority (2-3 M in revenue).
• Evaluate and anticipate trends in labor and workload to ensure the needs of our customers are maintained. Assist in recruiting, and hiring of personnel.
• Ensure each system is completing all invoicing to include: completed daily and weekly IRNs for all work performed.
• Ensure administrative staff are verifying codes on all daily worksheets and entering coding into Prince Telecom billing system.
• Print weekly pay sheets and verify against Employee Production reports.
• Track completion of QC reports.
• With the assistance of the District Operations and District Administration Managers constantly evaluate current processes for improved efficiency and user friendliness.
