Conducting surveys and evaluating quality of work performed in the field. performing various operations/ tech roster/certifications/ performance metrics/ vehicle inspections.Ensuring that installations, upgrades and service calls are in line with DIRECTV standards. Monthly cycle counts. Communicating with dispatch and other relevant individuals.
