Wanted experienced MDU fiber construction crews

Work is being done in SW Florida. Most of the work is being done in the Naples to Fort Myers area.
Starts
The work is under way now. Start ASAP.
Pay
All work is paid by the piece. Terms are net 30 from invoice date. Some of the crews are taking advantage of net 10 from invoice date for 2%. A 10% retainer is capped at 10k for most crews. Larger crews may be more.
Qualifications
Crews must be experienced. I can't stress enough the professionalism and restoration that must take place while on these jobs. We are offering top notch white glove turn key service to high end communities. If crews do poor work or restoration they will be shut down until cleaned up or sent packing. If you have pride in your work, we have plenty of it.
Other Requirements
Proper insurance and WC. Must be up to date. Must have proper tools and safety equipment to perform the work applying for.
Job Description
Looking for experienced MDU fiber crews to install fiber optic, cat 5/6 and coaxial cables in multiple style buildings.
Must be able to determine paths from outside of building to electrical or communication room on inside. This is work for rod and rope crews. We are also installing fiber optics into units on most of our properties.
There is also plenty of U.G. work available for missile crews. We have jobs under way now and need experienced crews.
Work and restoration MUST pass QC. This work is in golf course type communities.
Must be able to pass background and drug screen.
May consider experienced in house employee with proper tools.
