Qualifications
Must have a strong background in cable TV construction and coordination. Must be proficient in NEC have aerial and underground construction experience. Engineering experience a plus. Must be well groomed with a neat, clean appearance. Must be able to manage time and people in an appropriate manner.
Other Requirements
Reliable, late model vehicle with current auto insurance and current driver's license. Clean driving record is a must. Footage wheel, laser finder, measuring stick etc..
Job Description
Construction Coordinator position will require the qualified applicant to distribute daily construction work, aerial and underground. Coordinator will track all jobs with a daily log. Jobs include: splicing coax, pole transfers, aerial new build, aerial overlash, new underground cable placement, hardline cable replacement, drop replacements, interior network wiring, etc. Must be able to coordinate utility field meetings and be able to solve any construction related issues that may occur. Qualified applicant must be reliable and punctual. You must be proficient in MicroSoft Excel, Word and Power Point programs. You will be responsible for issuing and collecting finished jobs and turning a quality product over to the customer. Must have great time management and good people skills. We provide housing and uniforms. This is a temporary position that could lead to a full time position for the right person.
Survey Tech will be responsible for collecting exterior and interior construction information for commercial buildings. Must have a strong background in aerial and UG cable procedures. Engineering skills are required for this position. Must have exceptional drawing and writing skills. Must be able to understand system prints and as built prints. Must have neat, clean appearance. This is a PERMANENT position.
