Job Description
Field Service Manager
One of the nation's largest DISH NETWORK installation companies is currently seeking Field Service Managers. Experience in home satellite system, cable and/or telephone installation is preferred but not required. If you are an energetic individual interested in working with the newest technology in home entertainment, consider becoming a certified GALAXY 1 satellite technician, a member of a growing, dynamic team!
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
Inventory handling, forecasting, and usage accountability for field level office.
Trains new and existing technicians on effective installation techniques and tools.
Conducts on site Customer Field Engagements (CFE's) to evaluation and coach team members regarding quality installations and reports on technicians performance.
Routing of daily jobs.
Daily management of times, stats, and managing of techs throughout the day.
Handling customer calls.
Customer education demonstrations on post visits.
12 day trouble call resolution.
Manager on duty functions such as communicating to dispatch, Dish Hub, and other responsibilities as assigned.

Job Requirements:
•At least 21 years of age
•High school diploma or GED
•Ability to work outside, at heights, lifting up to 50 lbs.
•Have a valid driver's license
•Remain within weight requirement of 250 lbs. for ladder safety
•Ability to pass pre-employment screenings: drug screen, background check, MVR
