Must have a valid Class A CDL, pass background check, pass drug screening and pass DOT physical.
Other Requirements
Must have experience in operating excavator and backhoe.
Must be dependable and report for work on time daily.
Must be willing to travel.
Must be willing and able to load/unload trucks and trailers.
Must be willing and able to learn DOT Guidelines for proper work/safety signs.
Must be willing and able to learn how to interpret communications field maps.
Must be willing and able to follow both written and oral direction.
Operator will be responsible for general machine maintenance.
Job Description
Telecommunications design/construction company is seeking full time CDL Driver/Backhoe Operator. Applicant will do all phases of underground utility placement. Prepare and clean work site, operate plow, excavator, backhoe and other equipment necessary. Applicant must have a valid class A CDL, pass background check, pass drug screening and be able to pass DOT physical.
