Tele Com field engineering and permitting

Must have reliable transportation to travel to various locations on an as need basis.
Starts
Need one field engineer and 1 person for permitting to start ASAP may also need additional field engineers (for both OH and UG) soon.
Pay
pay will be on a per unit basis. To include time and travel.
Qualifications
We would like 5 years experience in taking field notes for both OH design and UG design needed. Knowledge in determining best path (either OH or UG) is also needed. Clear and Legible Hand writing plus the ability to be given general instruction and proceed with needed work. Also will need references.
Other Requirements
Will need reliable transportation and be able to cover your own expenses. We can brake out the payment to cover wages and expenses in two checks. Each engineer must supply there own measuring stick, laser range finders, measuring wheels, camera (sd card), clipboards ect .
Job Description
Engineer will be responsible for measuring ALL ATTACHMENT HEIGHTS of all attacher's up to system neutral (cross-arm in some cases). To include but not limited to all communications companies, power secondary, neutral, street lights, transformers, risers (secondary or primary), cat banks, ect. Pictures taken of each pole with two views span, lengths of ahead and back spans, (tap spans may also be needed depending on the power company).
At times the engineer will be asked to bypass extensive make-ready OH areas. At that time UG design info will need to be gathered to be placed on prints to be given to cad department for creation of final prints.
To take notes that can also be used for creation of highway permits also needed.
