Pay
60/10 (60 for the dish/10 for every IRD), if scorecard is 70 or above at time of pay. 50/10 for any thing less than 70 on scorecard. The HSP scorecard has recently (as of 4/1/14) been revised, a score of 70 is very attainable.
Qualifications
Must have all certifications current (Jones, SBCA, or equivalent HSP certs.), or the means of obtaining them within 30 days. Technicians work independently, and provide excellent customer service.
Other Requirements
If you are qualified and experienced, there is no need to elaborate in regard to the tools required.
Job Description
Installation of all DirecTV services. Responsible for contacting customers at the beginning of each day, completing work orders in a timely manner, activating equipment and closing work orders, maintaining equipment required for each installation, providing all hardware necessary, and handling any situation that may arise in the course of providing DirecTV installation services.
