Pay
Varies with experience and type of project. Per diems paid for out of town work. Benefits package available. Top wages paid for top operators. Specifics will be discussed and negotiated at time of hire.
Qualifications
Must be 18 years old, Valid drivers license, CDL is a plus and is reflected in wage rate. 2 + years experience for all operators. Will train right individuals. Must be able to perform physical labor.
Other Requirements
Pre-employment Drug Test is mandatory.
Job Description
Now hiring Foreman, operators, laborers for full service OSP utility contractor.
1.) Foreman: organize & manage 4 to 10 men plow and trench crews to insure production and quality standards.
2.) Backhoe operators, journeyman preferred with ability to dig around live utilities. Top wages paid for this position.
3.) Plow & Cat operators able to plow with flex trak vibratories up to D-8 size plows. Also need winch cat , clean up cat and rip cat
operators.
4.) Directional Drill operators and locators. Vermeer 7/11 up to 36/50 Vac unit operation.
5.) Drop plow and drop placement crews.
6.) Skilled laborers for all positions.
To reiterate, Valid drivers license required. CDL preferred and will be reflected in wage rate. Normal work week 5 - 10 hour days with OT payed after 40 hours. Complete benefit package available.
