Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the telecommunications field. Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience. Should have excellent communication skills, verbal and written. Strong Microsoft Office skills required. Able to read and understand OSP Prints and prioritize work orders.
Other Requirements
This individual must communicate and work well with the area project manager, field employees, and subcontractors. The main focus of this job is to provide assistance to the main Area Manager and prove guidance to the employees.
Job Description
The OSP Supervisor is responsible for the competent performance of all staff. This includes the performance review process as a part of continuining growth and improvement. Must insure timely completion and submission of all required documentation and reports. Maintains daily,weekly, or the necessary amount of contact with the regional supervisor. Also, must assure employee compliance and assist with the fleet fuel and maintenance to assure proper usage.
