Qualifications
• Background in CATV engineering & construction along with State & ODOT permit process
• Knowledge of local power companies a plus.
• Ability to interface with office and field personnel, customers, general public, other management, visitors and company personnel.
• Leadership with skills to positively influence others, collaborate with teammates, communicate on the level of others, listen and understand people in circumstances common in the work place.
• The ability to embrace corporate values
Other Requirements
• This is a full-time salary position with full benefits.
• You must be able to work beyond normal working hours of Monday through Friday including weekends as necessary.
• This position does require travel.
• A company car is provided.
Job Description
This position will oversee several hundreds of miles for both fiber & asbuilt projects, along with the tracking and follow up with all permits required to facilitate build.
Duties include but are not limited to:
• Management of field daily operations.
• Provide on-site leadership and assign and monitor day-to-day operations for project execution.
• Understand and be accountable for working within Scope of Work.
• Ensure all permits, locates and other compliance requirements are met.
• Key point of contact for subcontractors and direct manager for in-house crews.
