Job Description
Candidates Responsibilities (included but not limited to): F/T positions
- Installation, commissioning and integration of 4G / LTE equipment.
- Central role in optimization in form of expansions, work orders, site builds, and integrations.
- Isolate and resolve complex issues at cell sites as well as conduct preventative maintenance.
- Collaborate with equipment vendors, Network Operations personnel, along with all aspects of the RF groups.
- Testing, troubleshooting, and integration of new circuits.
Qualifications:
- Licensed climber --Rescue, RF, OSHA, First Aid/CPR certifications are required.
- 2 + years of telecommunication field experience.
- LTE experience a plus.
- Familiarity with RF aspects of cell site construction.
- Laptop / computer skills.
- Must be mechanically inclined. (possess complete set of hand tools)
- Perform coax, power, and optical connections as well as grounding.
- Familiar with basic electrical wiring. (AC & DC)
- Flexibility to work overtime.
- Ability to travel.
- Ability to lift 100 lbs.
