Starts
If you are already an Exede Certified Technician and completed the Fullfillment crossover training you can start right away. We are a training location so we can train techs you are not certified. Certification classes are booking now.
Pay
Installs $100/$110. Upgrades pay 75.00. Service Calls 45.00. 100% Custom charges paid to Tech.
Qualifications
Passed the Exede Certification online training and one day hands on course training. New techs that are not certified we are a training facility. Valid D.L and liability insurance and reliable transportation. Laptop and smart phone for FSM App and for taking pics of all jobs. Jobs are 100% QC'd. Will need basic tools including ladders, drills, etc. Tools to do complete installs. Have excellent customer service skills and ability to send and receive emails daily for work orders and updates.
Other Requirements
Honesty and good work ethics. Have ability to work alone and as well as with our team effort focusing on quality instead on quantity. Completion of jogs and up most general safety for the tech and home owner. Also respect for customers home. Requires working outdoors in all types of weather.
Job Description
Seeking experienced Satellite Technicians for Exede installations, upgrades and service calls. Simple one line install from dish to modem. all custom work does go to technician. including pole mounts, trenching, wall fishes, routers, networking, etc. which will be paid directly to the tech. Must be detailed, self motivated and excellent with customer experience. We are a training facility and can train any new techs that are not currently certified.
