Pay
Union Scale based off of work experience. Health benefits available through the union. Per diem for out of town employees.
Qualifications
Must be experienced in placement of fiber optic cable. All work in the COMM zone. Work includes front and rear easement. Pole climbing required. Experienced groundman with line work experience will also be considered.
Other Requirements
Pre-employment and random drug testing. Mandatory background checks. Work related references required. Valid drivers license required. CDL preferred.
Job Description
Job consists of placement of aerial strand and fiber optic cable in both front and rear easement. Placement of anchors in all types of soil conditions. Project work schedule is (6) days a week. All time over 40 hours will be paid at time and a half rate.
