Qualifications
All positions require a VALID DRIVERS LICENSE and must be able to LIFT AT LEAST 50 POUNDS. TWO YEARS EXPERIENCE required for lineman & coax splicer positions. No experience needed for groundman applicants, but minimum of CLASS B CDL is needed.
Job Description
**LINEMEN** MUST BE ABLE TO CLIMB POLES & operate out of a bucket. Line truck, associated tools & materials for construction will be provided. Minimum of 2 years experience working pole line construction (installation of strand, coax, fiber, pole transfers). CDL will benefit you, not necessary. **GROUNDMAN** General knowledge of construction, & Class B CDL. No experience required. Will assist lineman with his tasks. Maintain & operate line truck. **COAX SPLICER** Two years experience of splicing and activating coaxial cable. Troubleshooting skills. Some installation will be required on commercial projects. Splicer responsible for supplying their own coring tools. Splicing truck will be provided by company. ***Our work ranges from business class fiber construction, to coaxial construction, to maintenance work, to relocates, to pole transfers.***
