Qualifications
Must be versed in the troubleshooting, auditing, re-entries, midsheath's and big count fiber. Aesthetics and fiber management is a must. Have understanding of working with OTDR's that utilize multiple frequency's ( CWDM )
Other Requirements
Must be reliable and on time, night work is common and being on call. If you have understanding in the headend that will help.
