Earthcom, Inc., a Michigan-based telecommunications construction company, is seeking Field Operations & Construction Managers to join our Outside Plant team. We are seeking candidates for both the Michigan and Indiana markets. Our corporate headquarters is based in Lansing, MI. The Construction Manager will be responsible for outside plant construction activities in the MI, IN, OH regions.
Experience in telecommunication construction field management is required, including:
• DOT traffic control measures
• HDD and related underground construction methods
• Aerial network construction
• Fiber optic and copper networks
• Ability to work with Microsoft Outlook and Office
• CDL-A & familiarity with DOT inspections
• Asset management
In addition to good communication skills and the ability to represent the company in a professional manner, the ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, the ability to motivate field crews, problem solve, and take charge of issues.
