Job Description
This is not a sell in program . This is a new real estate referral program that homeowners are rewarded with free gift cards between 300 and 10,000 depending on the value of their home . You can read about the program at www Ijustjoined.com . You can google Exceed Smart Homeowner Program and find articles from Marketwatch and CNN as well about the program . Homeowners pay nothing and get rewarded with the gift cards for signing up. No purchase of anything The commissions are not based on the value of the home . Based on the number of sign ups in a week .
Will be launching other states as they become available . Territory is protected as I will be only Agent in these areas and not looking to hire more then a few reps per area . Tampa area is from 60 miles N of Tampa - to Sarasota .Your area is protected as well for ex I would be looking for 1 rep for Sarasota area as long as they produce 25 or more sign ups a week . 25 a week is 1000 per week . If you live any where near these areas I can also extend my area . Columbus area is 2 hour radius.
There is no paperwork . Everything is done thru iPad or Tablet and your sales code . Simple 1 hour webinar training . No meetings and pay would be direct deposited
