Prices are set up in 2 methods: 1099 and W-2 For fiber splicers, W -2 for in house lineman with production rates. Good rates both in house and contract, please contact Greg Ashman for rates. Lineman must have drivers license with endorsements
Qualifications
Must be fully capable of doing reentry's, mid-sheath entry's, reading a cut sheet and have understanding on how to troubleshoot fiber related problems. Work to be performed both day and night. Lineman must be capable of doing strand, coax and fiber. Must be able to climb a pole, not all work is front lot.
Other Requirements
If you want to work as contractor for fiber splicing must have your own insurance, own truck, trailer, fusion splicer, OTDR, and mid-sheath entry prep tools. Regarding

Our company is actively constructing a "fiber to the home network", we also have maintenance responsibility for the MSO of the region that requires emergency's, introducing fiber to commercial customers, fiber repairs, Node replacements and troubleshooting of bad fibers.
I am looking for qualified fiber splicing staff, so if you haven't not done this type of work, training is not what I am looking to do right now.
