Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years cold calling /direct sales experience developing leads. Focused on achievements and consistent performance to achieve weekly metrics. Strong work ethic and demonstrated ability for successful business development. Punctual and detail oriented with ability to follow up on every opportunity. • Valid driver’s license and ability to cover suburban and metropolitan area of Phoenix, Arizona • 75% independent field work and 25% meeting and office work • College degree preferred

New Media West (a division of Access Media 3) is a rapidly growing premier provider of High Speed Internet, Television and Voice Services to multi-tenant residential properties. New Media West is looking for a dynamic sales professional to focus on cold calling and developing new leads in a market full of untapped business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have experience in a relevant/related field and be aggressive, self-motivated and a results-oriented sales professional, to sell New Media West’s “bulk” TV, internet and phone services to the Owners and Managers of Multiple Dwelling Unit buildings, including condos, apartments, retirement communities and college housing. The primary focus will be sales of Bulk services in new buildings. New Media West is an established and successful provider, looking to increase its reach and presence in the market area.

Duties:
• Sell New Media West TV, Internet and phone services in “bulk”.
• Creatively develop leads from established resources and through cold calling and influence decision makers to choose New Media West service over competition
• Contract negotiation with new clients
• Leverage existing accounts for sales of new properties through professional sales techniques
• Help coordinate the transition of new accounts to marketing team for sales penetration
• Work creatively to find solutions and develop opportunities
• Deliver a minimum of 150 new units of bulk service/$5,000 new monthly recurring revenue per month

• 75% independent field work and 25% meeting and office work
• College degree preferred

Additional Skills:
Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to work independently and maintain strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
