Job Description
FTS USA is seeking an experienced Project Manager. The Project Manager is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of location supervisors and employees.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but may not be limited to the following:
• Lead a team of technicians
• Produce weekly management report summarizing site activity
• Provide status reports of action items
• Interview, hire, train, and motivate technicians
• Set production goals
• Show exemplary customer service to customers, corporate leadership, subordinate supervisors and technicians
• Instill in technicians a professional, customer service driven attitude
• Promote and manage an efficient, professional atmosphere in the FTS location, thus maximizing profitability and retention
• Plan, assign, and direct work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees
• Address complaints and efficiently resolve issues with customers and technicians
Supervisory Responsibilities
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. • Minimum of 5 years management experience in CATV environment
• Must be able to show a proven track record of growth and profitability in previous positions, as well as meet or exceed goals set with management
• Must possess strong leadership, problem solving, decision making, analytical skills and organizational skills
• Excellent ability to multi-task in fast paced environment
