Job Description
Technician is responsible for installing, relocating, disconnecting, troubleshooting and auditing cable service and ancillary equipment in the field. All contractors must follow departmental installation policies in compliance with OSHA and NEC standards. Responding to customer requests and answer customer questions in a professional, courteous, and effective manner is a must. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of customer premise equipment (CPE) and program services / listings in order to provide information to customers and market company products. Accurate completion of required paperwork including installation checklists, service orders, logs and other various reports in a timely manner in accordance with company and departmental policies.
