Access Media 3 is seeking a Field Operations Manager to start immediately.
Pay
Compensation will be based on experience. This position is eligible for full employee benefits; medical, dental, vision, 401K, disability, life insurance, Aflac, etc.
Qualifications
7-10 yrs. telecommunications experience, including implementation & milestone management for service activation, design, customer account management. PMP certification desirable.
Experience with the implementation of technical telecom installations and services required.
Experience with direct customer interaction, supporting and working with customers is required.
Must be available on a 7x24 basis for customers.
Must be willing to work a schedule that may require more than 40 hours a week.
Other Requirements
General technical considerations for traditional voice, data, integrated solutions, and switched access implementations.
Strong computer skills.
Professional, accurate, persuasive written & verbal communication and strong analytical skills.
Time management, prioritization, and problem solving skills, including organizational abilities to facilitate multiple activity management.

AM3 is looking for a seasoned field operations manager who is highly motivated, energetic, strategic, and thrives in a fast paced environment. This role is responsible for overall field operations for the Chicago area market, managing all facets of install, upgrade and repair requirements for residential and commercial internet, satellite and voice services.
Duties:
•Develops and manages the field operations organization including but not limited to scheduling, transportation, dispatching, field support, and maintenance of all equipment in the field.
•Manage a team of technicians performing internet, TV and voice activity.
•Design and implement MDU buildings with AM3 service.
•Handle all customer escalations associated to field activity and troubles.
•Ensure all installation and repair work is done according to quality standards.
•Complete proactive quality assurance associated to field support.
•Follow all company policy and procedures, adhering to codes, regulations, and standards.
•Be able to be on call as the schedule requires.
•Ability to meet deadlines, keep schedules, and perform to target levels in a high production environment
•Manages the company’s fleet of vehicles and other field equipment.
Must be comfortable with heights, exposure to outside weather conditions and flexible hours.
