Job Description
A well developed directional drilling company based in the central Pennsylvania area is looking to hire individuals skilled in directional boring and or locating of directional drilling. This posting is for a Full time position within the company. Pay will be set off past experience. Based off experience driller may be eligible to bore with the following:
Small Vermeer / Ditchwitch Equipment 24/40 or smaller
Midsize Vermeer / American Auger Equipment 100k # or less
Fullsize Rigs: Specifically American Auger 220 and 440
locator's should have experience with at least some of the above mentioned equipment.
Drillers shall have experience installing both HDPE and Steel pipes, with working knowledge of bend radius, reclaiming, and high level safety.
Essential Responsibilities:
Possessing a valid drivers license with clean driving record.
Safely and efficiently perform duties at construction site
Ability to perform some manual labor if necessary
Properly follow all company policies and OSHA regulations for safe working procedures and environment. Report any problems to the Foreman, Superintendent, Safety Manager, or Human Resources Manager.
Perform daily pre-and-post inspections with appropriate documentation in compliance with company policies.
Perform minor servicing and maintenance of equipment; refer major problems to the supervisor.
Please note: Travel will be expected, our current operating area services all areas east of the Mississippi.
