Average rep/techs makes $200-$300 a day. This is not a "pie in the sky" amount it is a totally realistic amount an average rep can expect to make. Based on the commissions that current reps are making and have been making in other markets for years. Some top producers make much more. It's all based on your work ethic. This is an outside sales position. You will be a subcontractor working for and badged by the local electric company. You will be provided customer list as leads to contact. Work your own schedule 1099 sub contractor paid weekly.
I have 300 plus reps currently working in the Northeast doing the same work. Our contract has been extended to the New Mexico market. I am looking for solid self motivated sales and or sales/installation reps to work in the New Mexico market. I will personally be relocating to the Albuquerque area from my base location of Miami on the first week of January. No educational or Technical experience required. However sales experience is a must! We will train the technical side if interested in the thermostat or outside device installations yourself. Though it is not a requirement, being your own installer doubles your commissions and is only about 15-20min simple labor. It is not uncommon that top producing sales/installers make $2k plus a week. You can be trained on the technical aspect in a couples days if you so choose too. I will be conducting phone interviews over the next couple weeks. Applicants will need to pass back ground check, driving record, and drug test requirements. Applicants that pass these requirements will begin a 2 day training program January 7th and will start field work January 9th.
