High School Degree
No Less than 5 Years in the Telecommunications Industry-Preferably in Telcom Construction
Must have some experience in reading construction prints
Must have basic computer skills including: Excel, Word, and E-mail

Job Description
Purpose:
To hire a full time supervisor to help develop all West TX operations for various Customers of GW Communications, LLC. Also to locally manage and lead operations by field supervising crews and working with customers supervisors to ensure properly executed projects with quality while adhering to the customer’s deadlines.
Responsibilities:
-Lead Day to Day Field Operations
-Visit new projects for bid to verify ground and field conditions, which may impact cost
-Supervise and perform routine quality control of GW Crews and Sub Contracting Crews
-Correspond with GW’s Customer Contacts to ensure timelines are being met and that Customers are adequately informed of job progress
-Help locate candidates for GW Crew Diversity
