Qualifications
• Must have a valid driver’s license
CDL not Required but must be able to pass DOT physical
Willing and able to climb utility poles Must be able to follow written and oral directions
Must be able to interpret communication design field maps
Must have knowledge of electric/telecommunication codes
5-10 years fiber/telecommunication experience
Supervisory Experience is preferred
Job Description
This position will report directly to the Project Manager and supervise 4 to 5 aerial crews.
Supervising crews on proper installation of strand/fiber/OTs/hardware/training
Climbing poles, load/unload strand/fiber reels and/or pull fiber lasher
Recognize make ready issues and QC of crews work each day
Individual must be able to make sound decisions and interact with the client.
Must complete daily paperwork.
