Qualifications
Oversees field service personnel who perform on-site routine services including installation, maintenance, and repair. Schedules and trains field service representatives. Responsibilities also include maintaining offices and facilities including ensuring inventory is fully stocked. Familiar with the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Quality Control. Hiring Efforts.

You must have previous industry related experience with the ability to coach & train; have an overall understanding of the work environment & process; must have an intermediate level of technical skills required to complete assignments; strong organizational skills; good writing & verbal skills; high school diploma/GED; valid driver license; must be able to lift 65 pounds, climb heights and crawl in small spaces; and must be able to work under pressure;

Other duties include overseeing technicians; coordinating any VIP projects; accounting for all jobs & verifying that all daily work is in the default technician numbers; working with dispatch to ensure proper completion of all jobs; and checking with technicians at the conclusion of each day to ensure all jobs are completed & closed. You must show exemplary service to customers, corporate leadership, supervisors & technicians. You must be able to recruit, train & motivate technicians and instill a professional, customer service driven attitude. Multi-tasking is a necessity to include solving issues with customers, technician scheduling and morale, while following all company policies & safety procedures.
