Qualifications
We are looking for 10-15 experienced Triple Play Techs (NCTI/SCTE Certification a plus), but will train the right individual. Valid driver's license, current vehicle insurance , current vehicle registration, tags, etc. Great customer service skills.
Other Requirements
Work truck or Work van (white preferred but it is not required) - No SUV’s or minivans.
Laptop, Tablet, or Smart phone with internet access.
28 ft. ladder , 6 ft. ladder, Drill, Meter, Safety equipment, and basic hand tools.
Job Description
Complete installations and service work to provide cable, phone and internet services.
Deliver quality services to customers and ensure products and services are explained.
Diagnosing and troubleshooting, and resolving service issues.
Testing equipment and connections, identifying and correcting problems.
Ensure proper billing and properly close out work orders.
Must pass Background, any felony or misdemeanor conviction within the last 7 years for the following offences:
Theft
Violence
Drugs
Fraud
Embezzlement
Sex Offence of any kind
DWI/DUI (1 Felony or 3 misdemeanors within 7 yrs)
Cyber Stalking
Escape/Evade/Elude/Flee
Pending cases for any of the above offences
