Construction Project Manager- Grandview ,MO
Bear Communications, LLC has establish itself as a full service communications contractor with a focus on delivering quality, value, and sustainability. Bear Communications has a position open for a Project Manager. We are looking for someone who enjoys complex construction projects while directing, training, and developing field staff. You will be provided clear direction on each project in an inclusive culture that fosters a dynamic team environment. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate strong leadership, time management, and excellent communication skills.
Project Manager Functions:
• Develop estimates, budgets, and construction timetables for clients
• Develop construction strategies to maximize production and efficiencies
• Select subcontractors and hire construction employees
• Provide required explanations for builders and other associated projects
• Ensure the construction project complies with all city and state codes and other requirements.
• Take action when problems on projects arise5+ years project manager experience
• Perform project management duties for general construction contracts – should have experience in projects ranging in size
• Sustainability, profitability and quality goals for the project are realized.
• Projects are started quickly and efficiently, scopes of work are effective and accurate.
• Projects are maintained through the construction period with proper reporting and professional management including invoices, submittals, change orders and other required reporting.
• Complete projects cleanly without lingering issues.
• Build and maintain excellent relationships with Bear employees, contractors and our valued clients.
