• Bachelor’s Degree – Minimum of 4 years college education or equivalent work experience •Masters of Business Administration (MBA)/Master’s level degree – possessing or the desire to achieve this level of education a plus

Job Description
Position Summary:
The Director of Operations position is responsible for assisting the president of in building, maintaining and expanding fiber optic backbone networks. This position will be in involved with coordination, management and execution of operational activities, process documentation, and planning construction in addition to financial analysis and strategic planning. This position is heavily involved in the day-to-day operations of the company as well as the strategic and tactical decision making and planning required for the business to function.
Financial analysis and cost/production management, goal setting and achievement, budget creation and management, and customer expectations management are all areas of responsibility. This position will generate, contribute to, and otherwise lead continual improvement initiatives for the Operations department for advancements in efficiency, cost containment, speed and accuracy of construction activities. Standard documentation and record keeping for all operational activities is the responsibility of this position. This position also develops alternative financial options to drive strategic/tactical decision making and planning.
