JOB DESCRIPTION
Overview:
The Account Executive (AE) program was developed for the purpose of helping current and potential customers choose the best television, data, and voice package available to them. It is a relationship/sales program that is focused on Single Family Homes (SFU) and select Multi Family Homes (MDU) within our sales territory.
The primary job for an AE is to reach out to a predetermined batch of residents, considered warm leads, and setup installation dates for the menu of products. Your goal is to be the main point of contact for all sales that are generated in these homes and you will be compensated for all new television and data units sold directly by you.
Daily Responsibilities
As an AE you will be responsible for the following activities as directed by our management team:
Sales and marketing of the areas assigned to you.
Create ways to generate sales and increase penetration within the areas you are assigned.
Work closely with C4 management, staff, and team members to increase sales production.
Attend sales meetings in regular intervals, as determined by management.
The Program:
When you become an AE with C4 connections you will quickly learn that we are dedicated to making every one of our representatives a success.
Once you have completed your training, you will be provided with the following materials to assist you in being a successful AE:
Shirts
Sales Materials
Marketing material
Performance based pay
