Qualifications
Direction Drill Foreman will be responsible for operating 921 Ditch Witch and directional drill equipment. The foreman must be flexible have the ability to transfer from one task to another that may vary in demand. Be self directed and have ability to lead and supervise crew. Manage day-to-day aspects of completing assigned job in an efficient and timely manner. EOE
Other Requirements
Minimum of 2 years’ experience with construction, excavation, and equipment operation
A Class A CDL classification
Ability to operate a 921 Ditch Witch
Ability to accurately measure distance, using tapes or other measuring devices
Ability to drive a company vehicle in a safe and responsible manner
Experience in bucket trucks a plus
Job Description
Two year directional drill boring machine operation with positive and verifiable employment references. 18 years of age. Valid drivers license. Preference given to qualified applicant with Class "A" CDL license. Must speak and read English well enough to converse with the general public, understand highway traffic signs and signals, respond to official questions, and be able to make legible entries on reports and records. Have basic math skills (ability to add, subtract multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals). Pass pre-employment (and random) drug screens, DMV Record check and criminal background checks.

Maintains cleanliness and appearance of vehicles and equipment, inside and out. Perform routine safety checks on vehicles and equipment according to company guidelines. Must successfully complete all company training Move and maneuver product and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds or more. Other duties as assigned.
