Job Description
We are looking for approximately 15-20 qualified Individuals who can perform DIRECTV work as Field Techs in NORTH DALLAS TX and surrounding areas approx 80 mile radius and who are responsible and willing to work and can start within a 2 week time frame.
Also looking for a Qualified person to take over the #1 Team in North Dallas Market within the HSP network as a supervisor.
Supervisor:
Must live in North Dallas Area
Base Salary
Monthly Performance Bonus
QA required every week from office
Must be available 7 days a week
Must have a working Cell phone, internet, laptop
Must live in North Dallas Area
Performance will not be compromised
Understands DTV systems
Preferably 2+ Years experience with DTV or the best candidate
Must know how to carry himself in a corporate environment
Must be a peoples person
Must have a positive personality
Must have the drive to perform
Must live in North Dallas Area
Must have very clear communication skills
Must be an assertive person
Must have all tools and proper vehicle to perform and train and up train people
Must understand Technology
Must know how to recruit/Train and terminate Technicians
Must love performing the day to day operations in this business
Must live in North Dallas Area
Must be willing and able to deliver and pick up equipment
Have good inventory management skills
Must be an extremely organized person

YOU MUST RESIDE CLOSER TO NORTH DALLAS
PAID TRAINING ASK FOR DETAILS
Work is available 6 days a week;
You are booked work as a 1099 independent contractor.
YOU MUST PASS Background, Drug testing once your application is accepted.
Must be peoples person and very customer oriented. No active selling involved.
You will have control over your schedule.
Currently we pay Net 21 and pay biweekly.
This is a job that require driving so keep in mind that you will be on the road in your vehicle (YOU MUST HAVE A TRUCK, MINIVAN OR A SUV).
All payments are direct deposited in your bank accounts. All work guaranteed for 90 days and LOS for 1 Year.
Extra bonus money, custom, additional monies can total up to 200-300 every invoice
Extremely performance geared if there are bonuses for good performance there are also chargeback’s for poor performance
We do have a compensated training programm, we do not expect you to train for free. Details provided during interview process
If you had an active ID with MASTEC and want to come and work with us you must be deactivated for min of 75 days before applying with us, if your ID was active with any other HSP or O&O then you don't have to wait the 75 days period you can apply now
Will need 6 different certifications within 30 days of starting. We pay for the certifications cost as long as you pass them the first time.
Cable or satellite experience a +, reliable vehicle no cars please (Trucks, SUV or a Minivan only), Cell phone (with unlimited plan), All necessary tools and meters (preferably Bird Dogs). Non experienced people we will train you.
